Value Graph

The link between AI and results

What does your AI really return?

The Value Graph brings the two together: it tells you whether your AI goes to the processes that matter, and what it really returns.

Features

  • 01

    Cost and output per process

People, AI, software: what each process costs and what it produces.

  • 02

    Where to put AI

The processes where AI would return most, and those where it is useless.

  • 03

    Value actually gained

From promised gains to gains visible in the accounts.

  • 04

    Alerts

AI budget up, results flat: you are told.

Where the value is

Where is the value to capture?

For each process: what it consumes, whether AI already works on it, and what you could gain.

  • Month-end close€413kNone€20k – €40k

The largest gain is on invoices, where AI is almost absent. The process that gets the most AI, lead management, offers only a modest gain.

Measure the value

Saving time is not enough. It has to show in the accounts.

If AI takes a task from 10 hours to 7, the team saves 3 hours. But the company gains nothing until those hours are used elsewhere: less outsourcing, a hire avoided, more sales. WorkGraph tracks every gain until it shows in the figures.

What counts as a gain

Every gain is sorted by how it reaches the accounts.

  • Cost-out

    Counted

A cost that goes away: outsourcing, software, a role not replaced.

  • Cost avoidance

    Counted

Activity grows without the planned hires.

  • Revenue uplift

    If proven

More sales thanks to freed time. Counted only if the link is proven.

  • Quality and service

    If proven

Fewer errors, faster turnaround. Counted only if the link is proven.

  • Capacity reallocated

    Not counted

Freed time, shown as such. Not counted as money gained.

What you will know

One-sentence findings, on your own processes.

Examples
  • AI spend on lead management nearly tripled in a year. Cost per lead fell by only 4%.

  • Invoice processing costs €610k of human time and gets only €6k of AI. That is the first place to invest.

  • Of €1.2m of validated gains, €410k already shows in the accounts.

How it works

  1. 1

    We join work and AI

For each process: the teams’ time, the AI spend, what gets produced.

  2. 2

    We find where to act

The processes where AI would return most, and those where it is misplaced.

  3. 3

    We track what is gained

Month after month, value seen in the accounts, not just promised.
